In fact if you learn this book inside and out you might easily pass any nutrition portion of a fitness trainer exam. It will even teach you the basics of cardiovascular plus exercise planning.
Most trainers charge more for 1 hour of consultation than the price of this book which is amazing because someone can get much more out of the book than they will for that time. If you need to modify your life thru nutrition plus really understanding the why and how it works then you should pick up a copy of this and invest some time in reading. The techniques you may learn thru food choice can supercharge your metabolic rate plus leave you feeling amazed at how easy it is to steadily drop body fat. Once you implement the diet plans and carido plans you may double the efficiency of the fat loss.
