The website descriptions are very ambiguous and super vague. This causes any searcher, including me, to have a hard time gathering information used to make a logical decision on purchasing product or becoming a member.
Sorry for going off on a tangent, but it's just facts. Seriously though, there is not much information on the products other than a great 'feel good' story about the company and product origins. If you don't believe me, just go to their main website and check it out for yourself.
How Do You Get Paid As a Distributor?
Pearlcium's compensaton plan is very similar to other network marketing companies in the industry. You get paid for new customers and distributors your enroll. You also get paid for your personal volume and organizational volume of your team. Other special features of the plan include matching bonuses, founders bonuses, bonus pools and of course fast start bonuses. These extras are used to encourage duplication within your organization. Really, these are all fancy ways of saying 'help our company make more money while getting paid at the same time.'
From someone who has been in the industry for a while the biggest piece of advice I can give you as far as any compensation plan goes is don't worry too much about. The important thing you have to remember is you only get paid for new customers you enroll and new distributors you enroll. This should be your main focus.
Your Responsibility
As stated earlier, it will behoove you to focus on new customers and distributors. For you to make this happen there is another thing you'll want to focus on more than anything. This is MARKETING. Becoming a proficient marketer is your ticket to ultra wealth in Pearlcium or any other company. The problem with most companies is the training. Your marketing training goes only as far as you creating a warm list of everyone you know in your 'direct circle of influence.' This is your mom, dad, cousins, coworkers, mailman and even Bob from the Dunkin Donuts. Just realize this is not marketing. Read that last sentence again. This is simply spreading a business opportunity through word of mouth. This is a terrible approach because the people you contact are bad leads for your business. company. At this stage it is really too early to tell. Pearlcium has a very distinctive story behind their product and it will be important for Pearlcium to effectively channel this to the health and wellness industry. They have targeted a smart segment of the population. Many people are becoming more aware about their products they use, diet and overall health of their bodies. The company's products will help with the above. Because Pearlcium is relatively new to the industsry it will be interesting to see if they hit that crucial five year mark.
